Price Chopper Supermarkets is Hiring a Customer Service Manager Near Sutton, MA

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Train and coach customer service representatives on effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality service and adherence to company policies
- Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes

Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service management role
- Strong knowledge of wireless sales industry and trends
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Experience in training development and implementation
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed for proper shift management
